Key Qualifications & Skills Required
- Planning sports events and other physical activity-related assignments for students
- Planning lessons that incorporate exercise-based learning strategies according to the curriculum standard set by the government
- Conducting physical education assessments and activities and grading students based on their performance
- Tracking students’ progress in different physical education and sports-related areas, such as motor skills and kinaesthetic application
- Communicating and collaborating with parents about students’ progress and performance
- Helping students set and achieve physical health and education goals
- Providing adequate sports equipment to ensure all students in the class participate in the physical activities and games
Roles responsibilities and key selection criteria for Drama Faculty
Key Qualifications & Skills Required
- Planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that incorporate acting techniques to teach acting skills such as body awareness and vocal projection
- Acting as a role model for students by demonstrating appropriate behaviour in class and on stage
- Conducting workshops and seminars on acting techniques, acting methods, audition techniques, and other theatre arts topics
- Designing theatre productions by selecting scripts, working with directors and actors to develop character development, and planning technical elements such as lighting and sound
- Conducting acting classes that help students develop their skills and improve their knowledge of the industry
- Assisting with backstage work such as building and painting sets and props, helping to run rehearsals, and dressing actors for their roles
- Evaluating student progress and providing feedback on technique and performance
- Developing curricula for drama classes based on state standards and subject matter guidelines established by the school district
Roles responsibilities and key selection criteria for Music Faculty
Key Qualifications & Skills Required
- Teach music courses to students including voice, tone, tempo and rhythm skills.
- Train, rehearse and lead students in school and community musical programs.
- Conduct music classes according to rules and regulations established by Board of education.
- Develop and maintain an effective music educational program for students.
- Schedule daily classes to instruct and rehearse within the assigned time.
- Understand potentials and skills of each student and guide individual student according to their skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and assistance to improve their musical skills.
- Maintain lesson plans and instructional materials for students.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs for musical instruments when necessary.
